- Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Any item that has been tampered with, partially used, or damaged after delivery is not eligible for a return.
1.3 Exceptions:
- Perishable goods such as fresh agricultural produce are not eligible for returns unless defective or damaged upon delivery.
- Discounted or clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.

2.2 Return Authorization:
- Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send the returned item(s).
2.3 Shipping Costs:

- Tadza Investment is not responsible for lost or damaged items during return shipping.
